Calgary / Compare the details

Compare photographers in Calgary

Compare the same coverage and deliverables. Hours onsite, number of edited images, usage permission and printed products may be separate parts of a quote. A gallery of images is not the same purchase as the unrestricted right to use them in advertising.

A useful side-by-side brief

The details that change the decision

Relevant work

Can I see a complete assignment like mine?

Highlights do not show consistency across a full session.

Deliverables

Which edited files, prints or albums are included?

Shoot time alone does not describe the purchase.

Usage rights

Where may I publish or commercially use the images?

Permission needs to match the planned use.

Contingencies

What happens if the date, weather or photographer changes?

The agreement should explain how the assignment is protected.
