Property Consulting Group (PCG) is a Calgary-based real estate consulting firm specializing in multifamily leasing operations, sales execution, and AI integration for property management. Founded by Carrie Smith, a licensed Realtor with over 23 years of experience in the real estate industry, PCG delivers principal-led consulting engagements across Western Canada, including Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, and Victoria. PCG is not a traditional advisory firm. Every framework, tool, and process deployed was built from inside real leasing offices and property management operations. Our proprietary REMOS framework includes 18 SOPs, 18 KPIs, and a 9-layer operational architecture designed to survive staff turnover and deliver measurable, documented results. Our services include leasing operations consulting, sales execution strategy, CRM governance, AI agent deployment with PIPEDA/PIPA compliance, and operational infrastructure installation. We work with real estate developers, institutional landlords, and property management companies to build systems that perform independently after our engagement ends.
