Difficulties with interoception โ the ability to notice and interpret internal body signals such as a racing heart or shallow breathing โ can make it harder to identify and manage feelings of stress. This webinar will examine the links between autism, anxiety, and interoception, and introduce mindfulness-based approaches that can enhance self-awareness and promote calm.
