Three Years of Sunday Flow @ Cabin Brewing

It's our 3rd birthday! Coffee first, bevvies after, an easygoing yoga flow in the middle. What could be better on a Sunday morning?Join us as we celebrate 3 years of Sunday Flow @ Cabin Brewing! You can expect all the usual fun stuff, plus some extra surprises. Sunday Flow is a gentle, yoga flow class suitable for beginners & experienced yogis alike. Slip into something comfy and enjoy movement, breath-work & good tunes to ground the weekend in alignment. After the class, you’re invited to enjoy a beer with your fellow yogis! One 12oz beer (or non-alcoholic/gluten free beverage) is included in the $30 ticket price. Complimentary Rosso espresso drinks will be served between 10:15 and 10:45 so be sure to arrive early!
