We aren't here to lecture; we are here to explore perspectives.No preparation or background is required. We focus on practical themes (e.g., Power, Justice, Discipline). You don't need to study. We provide "jump-off" questions at the event to get the thoughts flowing.The Format & Rules ☕We believe in structure so that everyone gets heard. We typically have ~5-6 people at each table, and limit capacity to keep it small.Moderated Tables: Every table has a dedicated moderator to read prompts, manage time ⏰, and keep the conversation moving.Turn-Taking: One person speaks at a time. No cross-talk 🤫.Respect: We focus on short, personal takes and stories. Dominating the conversation is discouraged to ensure everyone has space.Detours: Allowed only if everyone at the table agrees ↪️.Socializing & Community 🤝Meeting new people is hard, this is a low-pressure way to do it.7:00 PM: Arrive, grab a drink, and settle in.7:25 PM: Discussion begins (tables formed).9:00 PM: Wrap up discussion.After 9:00 PM: Socializing.
