Milk, Mingle & Make helps mums connect, create, heal, reduce isolation, and build supportive community through weekly gatherings.Milk, Mingle & Make is a creative connection circle designed for mums, stay-at-home mums, and mums in between jobs seeking community, creativity, emotional wellness, and meaningful connection during motherhood. This welcoming weekly gathering provides a safe and supportive environment where mothers can connect with one another, engage in creative activities such as painting, journaling, doodling, and crafts, while reducing feelings of isolation and emotional exhaustion.The program encourages self-expression, friendship, healing, and resilience through conversation, creativity, and shared experiences. No artistic experience is needed, and babies are welcome. Milk, Mingle & Make exists to remind mothers that they do not have to navigate postpartum life alone.
