These classes reflect the premium value of deep-dive culinary education.Pizza doughElevate your pizza-making skills with our comprehensive Pizza dough class.Guests will explore the differences between Poolish and Biga pre-ferments and participate in a hands-on demonstration of both methods. Using these techniques, you’ll craft various pizza doughs, either by hand or with a stand mixer. The class concludes with a family-style tasting experience, featuring pizzas made with the dough styles learned. A document containing detailed recipes for doughs, sauces, and topping inspirations is included to guide your future culinary creations.Important Information for All Guests● Dietary Requirements: We strive to accommodate all guests.
