Every session includes a welcome drink, an Italian antipasto, and dessert.DOP - Neapolitan PizzaDive into the rich history and tradition of Neapolitan pizza in this immersive class.Guests will learn about the importance of authentic ingredients and the defining characteristics of this iconic dish. The hands-on session includes crafting a traditional pizza sauce from San Marzano tomatoes and mastering the art of stretching and topping pizza dough.With a focus on elevated, traditional toppings such as prosciutto, burrata and artichokes, this class offers an authentic culinary experience. A recipe card with dough and sauce recipes and topping inspirations is provided.Important Information for All Guests● Dietary Requirements: We strive to accommodate all guests.
