In 90 minutes, you'll learn the fundamentals of the back squat, deadlift, and key kettlebell movements (swings, deadlift, squat) β then put it all together in a short, beginner-friendly workout.No experience required. Mo holds a National Certificate in Strength & Conditioning and trained under Olympic champion Mohamed Ehab.
