About This Event
How Pancreatic Cancer UK Became Truly Audience Led.Get ready for a powerhouse 20–20 session this May with Julie Roberts and Sophie Reeve from Pancreatic Cancer UK, as they lift the lid on six years of extraordinary transformation. From growing their contact base from 12,000 to 1.2 million, to revolutionising their supporter journeys, the team have been on an ambitious journey to become fully audience‑led — and they’re here to share what they’ve learned.Julie and Sophie will take us behind the scenes of how they built a data warehouse, developed smart segmentation, and ran countless experiments in their “audience lab” to improve supporter experience. They’ll also dive into the creation of PCUK’s new personas — exploring how they developed them, how they’re embedding them across the organisation, and what still lies ahead on the path to being truly audience‑centric. It hasn’t all been smooth sailing, and they’ll be sharing the bumps as honestly as the breakthroughs. If you’re looking for an inspiring, practical, ‘under‑the‑hood’ fundraising case study packed with ideas to help you focus on what your audience really needs, you won’t want to miss this.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Please note; by attending this session you acknowledge and accept that it will be recorded, and the recording will be shared with event attendees after the event.
