Separate training from testing
A course booking is not itself a road-test booking or a promise of a pass. Ask whether an advertised package includes test-day vehicle use, how that is arranged and what happens if dates change. Confirm cancellation, missed-lesson and instructor-change policies in writing. Bring questions about licensing requirements to the provincial information source or an authorized registry service.
