Voiter’s Flats is part of Fish Creek Provincial Park. Located in SW Calgary, this section of the park borders the community of Canyon Meadows to the north and Fish Creek to the south. There are several picnic sites, park benches, hiking trails and bike pathways. Like most places located within the Provincial park, nature thrives. It’s easy to forget you’re in a large city while exploring Voiter’s Flats. Bears have been known to wander into the West side of the park. Local communities include Canyon Meadows, Lake Bonavista, Evergreen and Millrise.
