Burnsmead Fish Creek Provincial Park is located just before Bankside park. Like most places in Fish Creek Provincial Park it is easy to forget you’re in a city with a population over 1.2 million people. You may see several bird watchers here in the mornings, owl’s can often be seen in the large cotton wood trees. The park entrance is located off Bow Bottom Trail near the community of Parkland. There is a pedestrian bridge here that leads to the community of Mountain Park Estates. Nearby communities include, Parkland, Deerrun, Mountian Park and McKenzie Lake.
