Citadel Community Association860 Citadel Dr. N.W.
Citadel was developed in 1993. The association was organized in 1995. Citadel community is located in NW Calgary, bordering Stoney Trail. A large green space located in the center of the community is often used for family activities. Community schools include Citadel Park School (K-3 Public) and St. Bridget Elementary Junior High (K-9 Separate).
A Community Association membership is a great way to support your community. They are inexpensive and voluntary. A valid membership is usually required to participate in recreational, social and educational programs from soccer to girl guides, karate to yoga, stampede breakfasts to senior programs, movie nights and much more! Several Calgary recreation centres will also provide a discount for community association membership holders.
Volunteers are the heart and soul of our community. There are over 20,000 volunteers in the Calgary community association network, making it the largest volunteer movement in the city! Without volunteers we wouldn't be able to do the things we do. Volunteers are needed for programs, fund raising casinos, community association tasks, family events, community events, sports and much more. Please contact the association directly if you are interested in volunteering.
